What can be done to reduce the burden?
- Communication
- Share responsibility within the family
- Curb out me-time (especially important for working moms)
- 20min exercise rule a day
- Healthy eating to reduce stress
- Get into and establish a new routine to carry you through fall and winter
- TAKE THE OXYGEN MASK SELF BEFORE HELPING OTHERS
